Company History

In 1960, Northwest Properties was founded as a business dedicated to providing honest and ethical real estate services. The same philosophy is the cornerstone of the business today. Still family run by second and third generation family members, the company has one of the largest residential Property Management departments in the region.  Our company specializes in residential home sales and property management, as well as Home Owner Association management.

Our Sales Associates provide years of experience and customer service, are members of the Northwest Multiple Listing Service, Board of Realtors, and are dedicated to serving the real estate needs of buyers and sellers in Pierce County.  We are also members of the National Association of Residential Property Managers.

We have associates who have been with the company for over 35 years.  We have received top national honors for production and customer service skills, and our agents have also been recognized top producers locally and in Washington State!

Community Service

Northwest Properties, Inc. is very involved in community support. We have raised thousands of dollars for the Muscular Dystrophy Association, Caring for Kids, Lakewood Area Shelter Association.  Each year we are involved in providing holiday meals and presents for local families and involved in many charity organizations as well as other community programs.
