Each member of our staff is responsible for various aspects of management responsibilities. Many companies choose to have one Property Manager for a certain number of properties and that person is responsible for all areas of management for those properties. We feel that using the team concept is the secret to success. When a tenant or property owner needs information, they don’t have to wait for a response from a single person. In most cases, someone on our staff can respond to their inquiry.
Our Property Manager assists property owners with major decisions,resolves tenant disputes, sets long terms strategies, determines marketing of properties, meets with property owners, works closely with the Coordinator and other staff members and implements new procedures for higher levels of quality service.
Our Coordinator builds and maintains relationships with various vendors and contractors to provide our clients with outstanding repair and maintenance service at the lowest possible cost.
Our Bookkeeper oversees all bookkeeping functions and ensures compliance with all state laws regarding trust account management. She also prepares the resale certificates for Home Owner Associations and works closely with the Board of Directors, prepares monthly financial reports, and assists the Treasurer with reports, audits, and budgeting.
Our Secretary assists applicants with the screening process,prepares all leasing documents and supports all areas of the department. She assists in the preparation of communications and mailings for Home Owner Associations.
Our Inspector does drive-by inspections of homes and inspects homes that are vacated by previous tenants to determine work requirements for prepare the home for the next residents.
Our Rental Agents arrange showings of property, pre-screen, pre-qualify prospective tenants and market available homes.
Our goal is to be able to respond to inquiries as they are received. Occasionally it is necessary to speak to a specific person but ordinarily any staff person can provide information to Owners and Tenants when they contact us.
Our Property Management office is open Monday through Thursday from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. and from 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Friday. We have an emergency contact system for evenings, holidays, and evenings if a Tenant has an emergency when we are closed.
